Volunteer

Volunteers are crucial to helping meet our community's needs.  Without volunteers, many organizations would find it difficult to meet their missions.

Volunteers help in many ways-delivering Meals on Wheels, helping with tax preparation, building wheelchair ramps, driving people to medical appointments and offering their assistance in many other ways to help their friends and neighbors.

There are many opportunities to volunteer to serve seniors and for seniors to volunteer.

Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) AmeriCorps – as an N2N member (18 or older) or as a volunteer of any age, you can support seniors in our communities through direct services and healthy aging programs

Senior Companion – Senior Companions are volunteers 55+ who help frail seniors remain independent

RSVP – volunteers 55+ serve in area schools, hospitals, senior centers and more
