Senior Centers

Socialization and exercise are an important to one’s wellness. Senior centers provide a great opportunity to meet with others. They offer a wide variety of exercise programs and other activities.

Many of our senior centers also provide community meals. We encourage you to visit any of the senior centers in the CVCOA service area. Contact the center directly for a schedule of activities. For a list of mealsites, click here.
