Catamount Health - a new health insurance plan designed for Vermonters 18 or older who are not eligible for exisiting state-sponsored coverage programs such as Medicaid, Medicare or VHAP.

Green Mountain Care - family of low-cost and free health coverage programs for uninsured Vermonters offered by the state of Vermont and its partners.
Medicaid - government health insurance program for income eligible Vermonters 65+ or disabled and other qualifying individuals; covers most medical care and services, such as doctor visits, hospital care, prescriptions, vision and dental care, long term care, physical therapy and more.

Residential care homes Level III and Level IV- are state licensed group living arrangements designed to meet the needs of people who cannot live independently and usually do not need the type of care provided in a nursing home. When needed, help is provided with daily activities such as eating, walking, toileting, bathing and dressing. Level III homes provide nursing overview, but not full-time nursing care. Level IV does not provide nursing overview or nursing care.
