Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend; someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across country. You'll learn tools to reduce stress; communicate effectively with others; reduce guilt, anger, and depression; set goals and problem solve; and take care of yourself.

Dates: Wednesdays, February 1 - March 7, 3:00 - 4:30 pm

Location: CVCOA, 59 N. Main Street, Suite 200 in Barre

Cost: Suggested donation of $20 to help defray cost of The Caregiver Helpbook; donation is not required to attend.
