N2N AmeriCorps

Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) AmeriCorps is a National Service program sponsored by Central Vermont Council on Aging in cooperation with other Vermont Area Agencies on Aging. During an 11-month term of service, N2N AmeriCorps members strengthen communities around the state and participate in a comprehensive training program.

The mission of N2N is to serve seniors and adults with disabilities by:

• helping them continue to live at home in their communities,

• engaging them in healthy aging programs, and

• strengthening their connections with community organizations and volunteers.
