Legal Services: Senior Law Project

The Senior Law Project provides legal services to individual seniors concerning issues of housing, healthcare, public benefits, consumer law, guardianship, exploitation and other needs.

Attorneys work closely with our case managers to provide professional legal advice, consultation and representation to seniors when needed.

CVCOA and the other Vermont Agenices on Aging contract with Vermont Legal Aid to provide these direct attorney services, as well as to advocate on issues affecting a large number of Vermont seniors.

For more information call Vermont Legal Aid's Montpelier office at 1-802-223-6377.

Legal Clinics: The Senior Law Project also offers free legal advice clinics around the state. People 60+ can schedule a 20 minute appointment about any legal problem.
