I&A staff use an Options Counseling approach to help to prioritize your needs, identify the resources that match your situation, and build action plans that might include:
If needed, we will provide referrals to CVCOA case managers, other agencies, or additional services. Our staff follows up to assure that your needs have been met and advocate on behalf of those who require extra support.
Concerned community members may also make referrals to I&A on behalf of seniors who may be at risk or in need of services.
