Food Assistance



3SquaresVT can help lower income seniors to stretch their food budget. Your monthly benefits are distributed through a Vermont Express EBT card that can be used at most stores selling food and many farmers markets.

3SquaresVT and other public benefits programs such as Fuel Assistance and in-home care can be applied for on a joint application.

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program is a USDA nutritional program that provides free monthly nutrition information and healthy foods to lower-income adults aged 60 years and over.
