Elder Mental Health
Through a cooperative agreement between Washington County Mental Health, Lamoille Mental Health, Clara Martin Center and CVCOA, Elder Care Clinicians visit seniors in their homes to help deal with issues such as:
• depression
• anxiety
• adjustment
• grief
• substance abuse
• dementia
• and other emotional issues.
In addition, Elder Care Clinicians work closely with Case Managers for assessment and assistance with seniors dealing with self-neglect issues.
