Central Vermont Council on Aging annually sponsors The Art of Creative Aging, a juried exhibit featuring recent work of older (70+) visual artists living in the CVCOA service area. The exhbit is held in May in celebration of Older Americans Month.
Interested artists are asked to submit digital photographs of up to three art works for review by the jury by the end of March. For more information about The Art of Creative Aging contact Margaret Harmon at 802-476-2681 or mharmon@cvcoa.org.
All work chosen for the exhibit is for sale. Artists will establish a price considering 60% of the sale for themselves, the remainder for CVCOA and the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. The Opening Reception is held the evening of the first Thursday in May at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier.
