Family Caregiver Support Program
The Family Caregiver Support Program serves caregivers who are caring for elders 60 years and older, grandparents & other relative caregivers 55 years and older who care for children 18 years and younger.

Assistance in gaining access to support services: I & A Specialists and case managers can help caregivers get necesssary services for their loved ones.
Respite grants: provide funds for adult day services, in-home help or other services for Dementia Respite or Family Caregivers
