Elder Mental Health Services

Elder Care Clinicians work with seniors in their own homes to deal with issues of depression, grief, anxiety, adjustment, substance abuse and dementia.

Elder Care Clinicians work closely with case managers for assessment and assistance with seniors dealing with self-neglect issues.
